Explore the potential of IT

Your local & specialized IT experts.

Welcome to Jeff Parrish PC Services LLC

Technology is the backbone of modern life, whether at home or in the office. Founded by a seasoned IT professional with two decades of experience, we're dedicated to providing top-tier, reliable, and personalized technology solutions across Northern Illinois and Southern Wisconsin, and specialized CARF technology consulting available remotely.

We handle everything from frustrating home computer issues to complex business network management and the IT requirements behind CARF accreditation, keeping your systems secure, efficient, and always working for you.

After operating as a sole proprietorship since 2003, we formalized as a limited liability company in September 2026 — filed with the Illinois Secretary of State on September 18, 2026, and officially approved on September 25, 2026.

The latest in IT

We leverage information technology to help businesses revolutionize their operations — proactive, strategic, and grounded in two decades of hands-on experience with the tools people and organizations actually rely on: Ubiquiti UniFi networking, Microsoft 365, and the day-to-day realities of running a small business or a CARF-accredited service organization.

Jeff Parrish has been operating as Jeff Parrish PC Services since 2003, building networks and solving IT problems for local businesses around Zion, IL — and, as of September 25, 2026, operating as Jeff Parrish PC Services LLC. Alongside the business, his background spans both hands-on enterprise infrastructure and the day-to-day realities of running technology for a service organization:

  • Sr. Data Center Engineer, The Judge Group (Mount Pleasant, WI, Dec 2025–Mar 2026) — rack & stack for a Microsoft AI datacenter build-out.
  • Started at Bayside Terrace, LLC as an Activity Aide (2010–2017), modernizing a flat legacy network on the side — including rebuilding a crashed server when the outside MSP didn't respond — work that led to a promotion into a formal technology leadership role.
  • Director of Technology, Safety & Security, Bayside Terrace, LLC (2017–2025) — network overhaul to Cat5e and UniFi with segmented VLANs, VoIP implementation, Microsoft 365 E5 rollout, migrated internet service from Comcast to SD-WAN to fiber, and authored the organization's safety policies.
  • FCC-licensed radio operator since 1990, and Executive President (volunteer) of Radio Services Diversified Communication Association, a non-profit emergency communications group — managing two-way radios and a traveling repeater system for live events.
  • Volunteer network & A/V lead, Great Lakes Church (Kenosha, WI) — maintains the church network and runs technology (audio and video) for the GLC Kids department.

That mix — enterprise datacenter work, safety-and-compliance-driven IT leadership, and hands-on radio/network/AV work — is what shapes how we approach both business IT and CARF technology consulting: proactively, and with real accountability for uptime and safety, not just theory.

Real network infrastructure, not just theory

We operate our own IP address space and Autonomous System — AS401575, with 204.52.221.0/24 (IPv4) and 2602:f40d::/40 (IPv6) registered directly to Jeff Parrish PC Services LLC via ARIN. Running actual BGP-announced address space, in both protocols, is the kind of enterprise/ISP-grade networking experience most IT consultants only read about — it's part of how we think about network design, routing, and reliability for the businesses we support.

Let's talk about your technology

Whether it's a home computer or a full network build-out, we're happy to help.
