How we partner with your business
Every business is unique, so we offer customized IT solutions tailored to your specific needs, budget, and growth objectives. We primarily work through managed service agreements — predictable costs, proactive support, true peace of mind. For project-based work or one-off needs, we bill hourly.
When you call, you talk directly to the person doing the work — not a ticket queue, not a call center reading from a script. That's a deliberate tradeoff: fewer accounts than a large MSP, in exchange for someone who actually knows your network answering the phone.

- Remote Support$65/hr
Prefer predictable monthly costs over hourly billing? Our managed service retainer plans bundle a monthly block of support hours at a lower effective rate than hourly work — from $230/month for up to 5 users. See the plans in the Managed Services Agreement, or contact us for a quote based on your team size.
Service area & travel policy
We provide on-site service throughout Lake County, IL and Kenosha County, WI at our standard hourly rates — no travel fees or mileage surcharges within this core area.
Extended service area
- Core service area (Lake County, IL & Kenosha County, WI): Standard hourly rates apply. No travel fees or mileage surcharges.
- Extended service area (outside Lake County, IL & Kenosha County, WI): Standard hourly rates apply for on-site work. A combined travel and mileage surcharge of $1.44/mile applies for round-trip transit beyond our core area.
- On-site minimums: Local calls carry a 1-hour minimum. Out-of-area service visits require a 2-hour minimum on-site labor charge.
